Over the past 12 years, he has established 17 institutions, including garment trading companies, production and processing bases, technical R&D centers, and overseas offices. He has built a comprehensive garment ODM supply chain group company that integrates design and R&D, 3D virtual sample garments, lean production, and post-inspection processing. This has created employment for over 3,000 employees. The annual garment production has surpassed 20 million pieces, and the garment export trade value has ranked first in Jinan City for several consecutive years. In 2019, he established the local Shandong children's wear brand Red Copper, which currently operates over 20 directly managed physical stores and has launched online operations on platforms such as Tmall and Tiktok.
