At the symposium, Chairman Li Lin elaborated on the group's main practices in caring for female employees. HT Fashion keeps in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's exhortation to "develop the country through industry and rejuvenate the nation through hard work." Over the past 13 years since its founding, the company has employed over 3,000 people, including 2,415 women, who make up 80% of the workforce. Emphasizing care for employees' working environment, the company has set up water bars, gyms (yoga rooms), and mother-and-baby rooms to provide more convenient and practical benefits for female staff. It implements flexible working hours with staggered shifts, holds various festival and parent-child activities, and formulates recruitment and career plans based on employees' personal fertility plans. In some factories, "Mother Classes" have been established; supplementary insurance benefits are provided; scholarships for impoverished families are set up; single employees are supported and encouraged to actively participate in social activities; and attention is given to the cultivation of the next generation of HT employees. Through these measures, the company provides strong support for women's employment.

Chairman Lei Jie remarked that operating a private enterprise inherently involves many difficulties. Entrepreneurs who can overcome challenges to provide more employment opportunities and encourage women to pursue further education demonstrate responsibility and commitment, which is truly admirable. The research work has yielded substantial results and many valuable suggestions. The issue of women's employment affected by childbirth relates to sustainable development. Our country values traditional cultural education, and the concept of family is very important. By treating this matter as a significant task and addressing it earnestly, we are confident that we can handle it well.
